Job Summary

The Traveling Project Manager will oversee construction project management responsibilities, including pre-construction planning, scheduling processes, and budget reviews. This role demands strong capabilities in negotiating contracts, managing project finances, and ensuring project profitability. Candidates must display strong leadership skills, and possess an in-depth understanding of construction procedures. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Projects and related software is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, alongside a minimum of five years leading construction projects up to $15 million.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 10 + years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in the construction field leading projects that are up to $15 M in scope
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with AutoBid, P6 Scheduler and Bluebeam
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Mechanical knowledge
