Job Summary
Traveling Project Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners; ensure contract-aligned delivery; maintain documentation (contracts, permits, change orders, closeout); manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning; build and manage project schedules with milestones; track performance and escalate risks or delays; serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; enforce safety and regulatory standards in collaboration with the Safety team; travel to job sites up to 50% for kickoff and closeout. Requires 5+ years PM experience in construction, proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Procore, ACC, Epicor, Microsoft Project), ability to read blueprints, strong communication skills, and willingness to work onsite in the Dallas, TX area with up to 50% travel. PMP certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction, project management, or a general contractor environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and scopes of work
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project forecasts
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience with data center, electrical, low voltage, or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
