Job Summary
Traveling Program Facilitator to coordinate volunteer experiences at events nationwide, deliver engaging presentations, support warehousing tasks, and assist in packing meals. Responsibilities include speaking to large groups, educating, storytelling, persuading, and instructing volunteers; performing warehousing tasks; lifting 30-50 lbs; moving inventory with pallet jacks and forklift (training provided); ensuring smooth meal-pack sessions; and leading a Christian prayer over packed meals as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Base location is Schaumburg, IL with frequent off-site travel (2-4 events per month, weekends).
