Job Summary
Provide high-quality OT services across rural healthcare settings; evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans; deliver ADL retraining, functional mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and modalities; document plans and outcomes; educate patients and families on safety and home programs; adapt to new environments and teams; collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care; monitor patient responses and adjust approaches to optimize functional outcomes; engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or anticipated degree)
- Current OT license (or eligibility) in at least one state we serve; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Strong adaptability and comfort working in diverse clinical environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Willingness to travel and complete short-term assignments
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence
