Job Summary
Prepare and administer radioactive drugs while operating radiation detection and imaging equipment, including the GE Nuclear Camera and Xeceleris. Perform radiopharmacy procedures, conduct IV insertions, and utilize the Meditech documentation system for patient care. Gain experience with general nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology protocols. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to impact patient care nationwide. This role offers full-time pay, benefits, and relocation assistance in travel contracts across various cities coast to coast.
Required Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
- State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
- BLS certification
- 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
- NMTCB or ARRT (N)
- 3-5 years of experience required
- National license
- IV insertion
- Radiopharmacy
- Experience with general nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology
- Experience with GE Nuclear Camera and Xeceleris
- Experience with Meditech documentation system
