Job Summary
Commission commercial buildings for system testing, including air/water balance, indoor air quality, equipment start-up, and quality assurance. Write technical reports at project completion and provide rapid, thorough technical support to customers and contractors regarding service enhancements and modifications. Perform hands-on diagnostics while climbing ladders, lifting materials, and navigating varied travel conditions across regional or national routes. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of HVAC experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- A high level of self-accountability
- Must be able to climb a minimum 30 foot ladder
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to lift less than 20 lbs (average)
- Must pass a driving record check
- Must be able to rent cars through National/Enterprise under Company guidelines
- 100%+ travel required (regional or national)
- Must be able to walk
