Job Summary
Drive a company pick-up truck towing a custom mobile dental unit to long-term care facilities across Ohio, leading daily clinic operations with a small team. Manage clinic setup, breakdown, maintenance, and equipment checks while coordinating patient flow, treatment note dictation, and communication with facility partners and dentists. Enter data into proprietary software and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment while adhering to regulatory standards. This high-travel role involves statewide travel five days per week with frequent overnight stays, supported by covered fuel, hotels, and meals. ExcelHealth Group, LLC delivers essential dental care to residents who may not otherwise have access.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness and ability to learn how to drive a truck towing a trailer
- Comfort with frequent travel and three to four overnight stays per week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn computer systems, medical terminology, company software, and proprietary equipment
- Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, and a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to perform active work such as stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, setup, breakdown, and daily safety checks
- Successful completion of a background check with acceptable results
Desired Qualifications
- Experience pulling a trailer
- Medical, dental, patient care, transportation, logistics, or team leadership experience
