Traveling Mobile Dental Clinic Manager

Job Summary
Drive a company pick-up truck towing a custom mobile dental unit to long-term care facilities statewide, leading daily clinic operations for a small team including dental assistants and patient transporters. Manage clinic setup, breakdown, equipment maintenance, and safety checks while coordinating patient flow, treatment note dictation, and communication with facility partners and internal scheduling staff. Enter data into company software and adhere to regulatory standards to maintain a secure, patient-centered environment. This role involves frequent overnight stays, three to four nights per week, with company-covered fuel, hotel, and meal support. Prior dental or medical experience is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness and ability to learn how to drive a truck towing a trailer
- Comfort with frequent travel and three to four overnight stays per week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn computer systems, medical terminology, company software, and proprietary equipment
- Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, and a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to perform active work such as stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, setup, breakdown, and daily safety checks
- Successful completion of a background check with acceptable results
