Job Summary
Drive a company pick-up truck towing a custom mobile dental unit to long-term care facilities across Ohio, leading daily clinic operations for a small team of dental assistants and patient transporters. Manage clinic setup, breakdown, maintenance, and equipment safety checks while coordinating patient flow, treatment note dictation, and communication with facility partners and internal scheduling staff. Enter data into company software and adhere to regulatory standards to maintain a secure, patient-centered environment. Expect statewide travel five days per week with three to four overnight stays, supported by covered fuel, hotels, and meals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness and ability to learn how to drive a truck towing a trailer
- Comfort with frequent travel and three to four overnight stays per week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn computer systems, medical terminology, company software, and proprietary equipment
- Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, and a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to perform active work such as stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, setup, breakdown, and daily safety checks
- Successful completion of a background check with acceptable results
