Job Summary
Drive a company pick-up truck towing a custom mobile dental unit to long-term care facilities across Ohio, leading a small team through daily clinic operations including patient flow, treatment note dictation, and coordination with dentists. Perform daily safety and equipment checks for the truck, trailer, and clinic while managing setup, breakdown, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on the road. Communicate professionally with facility partners, internal scheduling staff, and team members, entering notes into company software and maintaining a secure, patient-centered environment. This high-travel role involves five days per week with three to four overnight stays, supported by company-covered fuel, hotels, and meals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness and ability to learn how to drive a truck towing a trailer
- Comfort with frequent travel and three to four overnight stays per week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn computer systems, medical terminology, company software, and proprietary equipment
- Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, and a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to perform active work such as stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, setup, breakdown, and daily safety checks
- Successful completion of a background check with acceptable results
