Job Summary
Coordinate trade partners and crews to ensure owner, architect, and consultant satisfaction while managing small project teams independently. Assist in weekly schedule updates, site logistics, and mobilization, and lead safety initiatives including site-specific plans and weekly meetings. Review workmanship for conformance to contract documents, document deficiencies via Procore, and initiate field correspondence. Participate in coordination meetings, review job cost reports, and manage labor budgets. Initiate communication regarding roadblocks impacting cost or schedule, and ensure daily site documentation with photos.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of construction methods
- Scheduling
- Plan/spec reading
- Ability to problem solve
- Organize
- Communicate effectively
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Exposure/experience in working multiple discipline projects
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
