Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and update planograms at retail locations to ensure displays meet client standards. Perform audits, surveys, and reporting via mobile app, apply security tags, and assist with store refreshes. Build relationships with store associates and communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently. Occasional overnight travel may be required within a 250-mile radius; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. Virtual training and ongoing support provided; no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must have access to reliable transportation in order to service customer locations
- Consent to pre-employment, post offer Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Satisfactorily demonstrate safe driving record
- current and valid drivers license
- Ability to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions

- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
