Job Summary
Traveling LVN Educator leads and supports training and education operations for providers across CA and the U.S., coordinating in-house, virtual, and field trainings; develops materials, onboarding workflows, and CEU/CME offerings; travels for out-of-state trainings and serves as a primary point of contact for provider education and documentation review to drive standard of care improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience preferred
- Prior experience in clinical education or training strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
- Ability to travel frequently for training assignments
