Job Summary
Conduct low slope roofing installations using TPO, EPDM, standing seam, and metal systems while reading blueprints and schematics for complex projects. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment including cranes, and perform fabrication techniques on active job sites. Manage construction sites with strong organizational skills and safely lift heavy materials. Maintain security clearance as a US citizen or Green card holder with two years of industry experience. Travel frequently between locations for months at a time, adhering to OSHA standards and manufacturer-specific training. Receive medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems
- TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, Modbit and all other low slope roofing systems
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques
- Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
- US Citizen or Green card holder with Security Clearance
- Must be able to pass federal back ground check
- 2 yeas industry exp
- Willing to travel to location for months at a time
