Traveling Implementation Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead on-site implementation efforts for new hospital accounts and oversee a team of Implementation Technicians during go-live across North America. Travel frequently to support hospital implementations, mentor technicians, ensure operational readiness, and coordinate with hospital leadership and clinical staff to meet go-live milestones while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Role requires association/advanced degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of leadership experience, CRCST certification (CER preferred), and 100% travel to client sites. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital platforms and reporting systems. The position emphasizes hands-on instruction in OR and SPD operations, instrument processing, and customer interaction, with a focus on delivering operational excellence during new site launches and ensuring contract compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; some college required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with hospital setups, process improvements, or large-scale implementations preferred
- Travel 100% to support business needs
- CRCST certification required; CER preferred
- 3-5 years OR/sterile processing experience; 3 years frontline leadership
