Job Summary
Grocery Merchandiser role in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area on a part-time, flexible schedule. Responsibilities include resetting and organizing product displays, stocking and merchandising per planograms, installing signage and promotional materials, building and moving fixtures, and improving shelf conditions and product presentation. Work involves traveling to different store locations within the metro area, collaborating with store management and fellow merchandisers, and using problem-solving skills to complete projects efficiently. Typical early-morning start (7:00–8:00 AM), Monday–Friday projects, with shifts generally 6–8 hours and varying by location and project availability. W-2 employment with mileage and drive-time reimbursements, next-day pay options, meal per diem, and other travel-expense coverage where applicable. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of merchandising, stocking, retail, grocery, or reset experience
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various work sites
- Personal smartphone with internet access
- Valid email address
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
