Traveling General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Execute commercial renovations and buildouts across the United States, performing carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks. Supply basic construction hand tools and follow OSHA requirements while communicating with customers to build relationships. Provide detailed repair documentation including measurements, pictures, recommendations, and quotes. Work overtime and on-call rotations as workload and emergency issues dictate, including overnight shifts when needed. Minimum of three years of construction or commercial maintenance experience required, with OSHA 10-hour certification available for completion within three months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to travel for full-time commercial construction projects across the United States
- Willing and able to travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States when needed
- Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as workload and emergency issues dictate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance
- OSHA 10hr or the completion of OSHA 10hr within 3 months of employment
- Ability to follow OSHA requirements
- Presentable and possess the ability to communicate with customers to build relationships
- Detailed when it comes to repairs made, including but not limited to measurements, pictures, recommendations for repairs and quotes
