Job Summary
Travel to various retail locations to support remodel and reset projects, performing hands-on tasks including merchandising resets, shelving updates, fixture installation and removal, and signage changes. Move and organize materials, use basic hand and power tools, and follow planograms and schematics to complete installations safely and on schedule. Work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment, maintaining clean work areas and communicating issues to onsite leadership. Perform considerable physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 10+ hours, and climbing ladders up to 40 feet. This traveling role with SPAR Marketing Force offers overnight shifts, mileage reimbursement, and hotel accommodations to support national retail reset and remodel initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, retail, merchandising, remodeling, warehouse, or similar hands-on work
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for work
- Ability to work overnight shifts, typically 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Personal cell phone and valid email address
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Appropriate work footwear, including steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts
- Willingness and ability to become certified for equipment operation (scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks) if required
