Job Summary
Travel to various retail locations to support remodel, reset, and new store projects. Perform hands-on tasks including merchandising resets, fixture installation and removal, signage updates, and moving materials. Use basic hand and power tools to complete assigned work while following planograms and schematics. Work as part of a team to maintain safe, organized job sites, communicating issues to onsite leadership. Perform considerable physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing heights up to 40 feet. Work overnight shifts, typically 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with mileage reimbursement and hotel accommodations provided. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, retail, merchandising, remodeling, warehouse, or similar hands-on work
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for work
- Ability to work overnight shifts, typically 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Personal cell phone and valid email address
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Appropriate work footwear, including steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts
- Willingness and ability to become certified for equipment operation (scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks) if required
