Traveling General Handyman

Job Summary
Traveling General Handyman needed for full-time commercial construction projects across the United States. Duties include commercial renovations/buildouts with proficiency in carpentry (partition framing, doors/windows, cabinetry/countertops), painting (interior/exterior), flooring (VCT/LVT/tile/carpets, cove base), plumbing (sinks/faucets/toilets/water lines), electrical (lighting, switches, outlets, data connections), and HVAC knowledge (refrigeration). Must follow OSHA requirements, have strong customer-facing communication, provide detailed repair notes with measurements and quotes, and be willing to travel and work overnight shifts. Requires basic hand tools and 3+ years of construction/commercial maintenance experience; OSHA-10 certification or completion within 3 months (employer-paid). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance
- OSHA 10hr or completion of OSHA 10hr within 3 months of employment
- Supply basic construction hand tools
- Ability to travel and work overtime and/or overnight shifts
- Presentable with ability to communicate with customers; detailed in repairs with measurements and quotes
