Job Summary
Traveling Financial Experience Advisor based in the Brentwood Financial Center delivers financial solutions to members across multiple centers. You will travel between centers to serve members, open accounts, support lending opportunities, cross-sell products, educate on self-service options, provide rate quotes, resolve concerns, and participate in community events. The role requires strong communication, empathy, ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment, and knowledge of financial products and digital tools. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursed. Schedule involves varied hours with travel between Brentwood, Pleasant Hills, Shadyside, South Fayette Township, and Pittsburgh centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer-facing or transferable experience
- Valid driver’s license
