Traveling Field Superintendent role overseeing and coordinating subcontractors, assistants, and field crews on construction projects. Responsible for directing scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment across multiple job sites, enforcing safety and compliance, performing and scheduling job-site inspections for project closeout and Certificates of Occupancy, and maintaining on-site “as-built” and history drawings. Requires 3+ years in construction supervision, experience managing projects valued at $1,000,000 or greater, proficiency with MS Office, scheduling, safety, and plan reading, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites.
