Job Summary
Traveling Field Installation Technician responsible for installing and servicing accessibility solutions (wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts). Responsibilities include loading the company vehicle each morning, installing and repairing products, explaining projects to customers, entering work orders and inventory data, and participating in paid manufacturer training. Work independently or as part of a two-person team with occasional Saturday overtime; no overnight travel required. Tools provided. Requires hands-on construction/installation experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks required. Lifting up to 75+ lbs and outdoor/indoor work; travel to Kansas City, MO and Omaha, NE as part of job duties; base pay $20-$24/hour with potential bonuses when branch goals are met.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors/indoor
- Experience with hand and power tools a plus
- Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory
