Job Summary
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing and reporting requirements while managing budgets, maximizing revenue, and controlling expenditures. Travel to assigned programs to address operational needs, provide leadership support, and assess challenges for effective solutions. Lead, train, and develop staff while managing team performance, and develop residential, personalized, employment, and person-centered programs. Maintain relationships with governmental and community agencies, ensuring accurate documentation, billing, financial records, and required reports. Support investigations, inspections, audits, and other compliance activities. This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across 12 states, with a base salary of $80,000+ and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in administrative and supervisory leadership roles
- Must be willing and able to travel as needed based on operational needs
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills
- Commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Successful completion of required background, registry, and drug screening
