Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects for government and commercial clients; serves as the face of Evergreen onsite by providing service and product training; ensures safety through regulatory compliance; handles service orders and project administration; performs follow-up to ensure readiness for inspection; requires extensive travel and strong customer communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CPR/First Aid card
- Valid electrician certificate or trainee card
- Ability to travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screenings
- Electrical wiring experience
- Good communication skills to interface with customers
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work well with others and come to work with a positive attitude
