Job Summary
Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover for traveling electronic security system installations. Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency; identify and communicate change orders and field conditions; oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training. Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials; direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations; run complex installations with accountability; mentor and support field crews; install, repair, test, and maintain security projects. Serve as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite, delivering top-notch service and product training while ensuring safety through compliance with State and Federal regulations. Handle service orders and project administration; perform follow-up to ensure client readiness for inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in low-voltage system installation
- Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independently
- Willingness to travel
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to travel extensively
- Electrical wiring experience
- Strong communication skills to interface with customers
- Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screenings
