Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead

Traveling Electronic Security Site Lead oversees onsite execution from mobilization to turnover, leads crews and coordinates with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency, identifies and communicates change orders and field conditions, and supervises system testing, commissioning, and end-user training. Responsible for managing daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials; directs subcontractors and ensures alignment with site expectations; runs complex installations, mentors field crews, performs installation/repair/testing/maintenance of security projects, and represents the company to customers onsite while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Requires strong low-voltage installation experience, proven leadership, willingness to travel, excellent communication with customers, ability to schedule and follow instructions, and valid driver’s license; ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screenings; U.S. citizenship may be required due to government contract; prior government-contract or security clearance experience is a plus.
