Job Summary
Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead: Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and technicians to drive project efficiency. Oversee testing, commissioning, and end-user training; manage schedules, progress, and materials; direct subcontractors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; perform site administration and client training; and travel extensively to government and commercial sites while representing Evergreen onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in low-voltage system installation
- Proven experience leading crews and running jobs independently
- Willingness to travel
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to travel extensively
- Electrical wiring experience
- Strong communication skills to interface with customers
- Ability to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions, and understand code requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screenings
- U.S. government clearance (Nice to have)
