Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead needed to oversee onsite execution from mobilization to turnover, coordinating with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency; identify and communicate change orders and field conditions; oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training; manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials; direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations; run complex installations with accountability; mentor crews in the field; installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects; serve as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite with top-notch service and product training; ensure safety through compliance with State and Federal regulations; handle service orders and project administration; perform follow-up to prepare clients for inspection. Requirements include strong background in low-voltage installation, proven experience leading crews, willingness to travel, electrical wiring experience, strong customer-facing communication, ability to schedule work, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background/MVR screenings. Nice to have: government contracts experience or U.S. government clearance.
