Traveling Electronic Game Technician

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive game maintenance, service, and installation for gaming equipment in a field environment across Tahlequah and Ft. Gibson. Perform preventive maintenance, conversions, set options, and repairs while maintaining accurate inventory and documenting all work. Troubleshoot problems for customers and on-site technicians, read schematic diagrams, and gather data on outstanding issues. Assist with customer dispute resolution, jackpot verifications, and pre-site inspections while mentoring junior technicians. Drive company vehicles between casino locations and interface with customers on installations and service activities. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and additional hours for emergencies and installations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of electronic gaming experience
- Training in repair of electrical and/or computer
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekend hours
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to complete a background investigation
- Must have approval of any necessary tribal gaming license
