Job Summary
Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and system retrofits in commercial and industrial environments, including wiring, panels, conduit, and lighting systems. Conduct functional and safety testing on installed systems while ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes. Submit daily deliverables with signed checklists, photos, and as-built documentation. Maintain a safe worksite following all PPE requirements and operate boom lifts as needed. Work predominantly at night in 12–15+ hour shifts with non-negotiable scheduling flexibility. Lead-level candidates manage crews and oversee documentation with remote support. Candidates must be based in or deploy from the Midwest, reporting to Lowell, AR for orientation within 2–3 weeks. This ground-floor opportunity joins a new traveling team for a major national project with extensive overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical experience at any level — helper through licensed lead
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician required for electrician and lead roles
- Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean MVR — driving record will be verified
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willing and able to travel extensively — this is a road warrior role with ongoing deployment
- Flexible with shift scheduling including nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours
- Able to work at heights and operate boom lifts and scissor lifts as needed
- Must report to Lowell, AR for orientation — personal vehicle required to get there, company vehicle provided after
Desired Qualifications
- Controls experience at any level
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Boom lift and scissor lift certifications
- Multi-state electrical licensing
- Prior experience on large-scale distribution, logistics, or industrial facility projects
