Job Summary
Lead and supervise electrical crews while promoting a strong safety culture on commercial and industrial projects across the country. Ensure work meets all code, quality, company, and customer standards, and plan labor and resources using 2-week look-ahead schedules. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to monitor productivity, materials, and job progress against timelines. Utilize tools such as Procore, BIM, Outlook, and Teams, while mentoring and training apprentices and team members. Assignments last from one month to over a year, starting in Cedar Rapids, IA. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited electrical apprenticeship
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Equivalent education or training (alternative to apprenticeship)
- OSHA 10 certification
- Active electrical license
- Journeyman license (conditional requirement based on work)
- Valid driver's license (preferred but treated as required per schema instruction for bare phrases in this context)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
