Job Summary
Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency; lead a drilling crew by training and mentoring employees while maintaining a safe environment; maintain daily drilling reports and complete well logs/logbooks; ensure equipment is in safe working condition and conduct routine and preventative maintenance; maintain up-to-date knowledge of MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s; manage timesheets and driver vehicle inspections; promote professional relationships with team members and clients; maintain required certifications and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; travel 95% with locations varying across MI, VA, KY, NY, and Marietta, OH; 10 Days on / 4 Days off schedules with potential overtime; private hotel room with per diem; CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred; 3+ years drilling experience (including operating multiple rig types); DOT/IRCA compliance and background check; safety training programs and mentorship opportunities; equal opportunity employer with accommodations available });
