Job Summary
Lead the rehab department as Traveling Director of Rehabilitation across Midwest interim assignments, directing the therapy team to promote a high-performance, patient-centered culture. Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and clinical practices; ensure regulatory compliance and maintain current rehab practices; build relationships with leaders across the company; collaborate to coordinate services and drive strong patient outcomes; support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development; monitor department performance, billing practices, and financial goals; track therapy outcomes and implement quality-improvement strategies; serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and maintain a patient caseload while treating alongside the team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or anticipated licensure as PT, OT, or SLP in one of the states we operate
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Proven leadership or experience managing a diverse rehab team
- Strong understanding of operational and financial management in healthcare
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to implement clinical and operational strategies that enhance care delivery
