Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide excellent customer service by offering same-day care options and support office charting. Work in a team creating over a million smiles annually, with a patient base where children make up 70% or more. Earn bi-weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Must be able to deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist
- Must be able to deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Must be able to deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
- Must be able to educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Must be able to assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
