Job Summary
Lead and support installation crews during large in-building wireless deployments, installing antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optics, and supporting equipment for Distributed Antenna Systems. Troubleshoot coverage issues, review floor plans, and assist with site surveys while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Mentor newer team members, manage documentation and inventory, and communicate closely with project managers and customers to keep installations moving forward. This role requires 90-95% nationwide travel and at least two years of low voltage cabling experience. Required Qualifications
- DAS installation experience
- at least two years of low voltage cabling experience
- Experience installing coax, fiber, and structured cabling systems
- Knowledge of RF sweep testing and PIM testing
- Experience with fusion splicing, fiber terminations, and OTDR testing
- Familiarity with RF testing equipment such as Anritsu or EXFO
- Experience leading crews or mentoring junior technicians
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in active construction environments
