Open and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and HSAs. Process teller transactions, balance cash drawers accurately, and update customer information. Assist guests with fraud or unauthorized transactions, manage debit card requests, and prepare wire transfer documents. Follow bank policies and federal regulations while ensuring accurate cash handling. Requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
