Job Summary
Traveling cook responsible for preparing meals per menu, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, timely service at specified meal times, labeling and dating all food, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, and supporting menu or recipe changes to optimize leftovers and supplies. Requires proven cooking experience, knowledge of sanitation guidelines, ability to operate cookware and kitchen appliances, strong communication, good physical stamina, and the ability to travel. Education at least a high school diploma or equivalent; criminal background check required.

- Proven experience as a Cook
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
- Skilled in preparing meals according to instructions
- Apt in operating cookware, bakeware and cooking appliances
- Friendly with good communication skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus
- Must provide a criminal background check
- Must be able to travel
