Job Summary
Traveling full-time conveyor installer responsible for assembling, installing, and aligning conveyor systems, including frames, rollers, belts, drives, supports, and related components; installing structural steel, platforms, guardrails, and other equipment; assisting with layout and pre-assembly per project drawings; reading installation drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate installation; verifying alignment, elevations, and measurements; performing mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting; operating hand and power tools and jobsite equipment safely; maintaining a clean, safe work environment; adhering to safety policies and LOTO; mentoring less experienced installers while collaborating with supervisors and project teams; and traveling extensively to customer locations nationwide with on-site deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience installing conveyor systems, material handling equipment, structural steel, or related industrial systems.
- Ability to read and interpret installation drawings, blueprints, and layout diagrams.
