Traveling Construction Superintendent

Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations for commercial projects across the United States, directing subcontractors and vendors to maintain productivity and progress. Develop short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with master project timelines, coordinate material deliveries and labor, and identify potential issues early to avoid delays. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance through daily meetings, site inspections, and job hazard analysis, while ensuring work adheres to plans, specifications, and quality standards via regular walkthroughs and inspections. Manage subcontractor performance and scope execution, maintain daily reports on manpower and progress, and coordinate punch list completion and final inspections for project closeout. Requires 90–100% nationwide travel and multi-shift work in active retail locations.
