Traveling Construction Superintendent

Oversee all onsite construction activities, direct subcontractors and field crews, and ensure projects stay on schedule from groundbreaking through closeout. Develop short-term look-ahead schedules, coordinate material deliveries and labor, and enforce company safety policies including daily meetings, site inspections, and job hazard analysis. Manage subcontractor performance, maintain quality standards through regular walkthroughs, and handle project documentation such as daily reports, RFIs, and change orders. Lead punch list completion, final inspections, and site demobilization while communicating updates to the Project Manager. Requires 90–100% nationwide travel across retail, restaurant, and federal projects; multi-shift work may be needed.
