Traveling Construction Superintendent

Oversee all onsite construction activities for commercial projects across the United States, directing subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity from groundbreaking through closeout. Develop short-term look-ahead schedules, coordinate material and labor deliveries, and enforce OSHA compliance through daily safety meetings and inspections. Ensure work adheres to plans and specifications via regular walkthroughs, while managing subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence. Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress, and safety updates, communicate field issues to the Project Manager, and coordinate punch list completion, final inspections, and site demobilization. Requires 90-100% nationwide travel and multi-shift work; 7+ years of construction experience including 3+ years as a Superintendent.
