Traveling Construction Project Manager

Coordinate daily with erection foremen on materials, laydown logistics, and supply needs while setting delivery schedules with steel, joist, deck, and bolt suppliers. Attend daily and weekly job site meetings, review incoming steel deliveries to resolve missing or mis-fabricated pieces, and track a rolling punch list to ensure inspection items are addressed promptly. Monitor manpower needs and schedule progress to keep erection on pace, observe and enforce OSHA safety standards, and serve as the on-site point of contact communicating with contractors and other trades. Participate in pre-planning meetings covering sequencing and site coordination. Requires 3-5+ years of relevant project management or field supervision experience with prior steel industry experience strongly preferred. Full-time national travel is required.
