Traveling Construction Project Manager / HPM

Job Summary
Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, managing vendors, contract negotiations, and client expectations while planning and coordinating all project aspects. Maintain job cost reports, ledgers, and budgets, developing project administration and correspondence to ensure execution according to established standards. Manage submittal approvals, RFIs, and material procurement, preparing change orders and cost estimates for owner review. Travel up to 75% of the time, Monday through Friday, to sites and offices. Search for new business and grow customer relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4-10 years of experience in large facility construction, and proficiency in scheduling software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- 4-10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets
- Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project
- Proficient in MS office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time
- Must be available for travel to a project or another office Monday - Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- AGC/ABC membership
- LEED AP
- OSHA 30 Hour
