Traveling Construction Project Manager

Lead project team leadership from preconstruction through completion for multifamily student housing and apartment projects. Develop scopes of work, manage procurement, and establish project schedules, milestones, and standards. Oversee planning, directing meetings, contract writing, scheduling, and budgeting while ensuring profitability through rigorous cost management and invoice approvals. Maintain communication with design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate job meetings with owners, architects, and related parties. Develop and nurture project team performance. Ensure thorough project documentation and collaborate with the Project Superintendent to meet schedule, safety, and quality expectations. Participate in marketing and business development activities.
