Job Summary
Traveling Construction Foreman to oversee field operations on commercial projects valued between 1M and 7M, lead and supervise crews and subcontractors, perform and oversee concrete operations (formwork, rebar, placement, finishing), manage sitework (grading, excavation, backfill), coordinate with project management and inspectors, review plans and specs, ensure safety and quality, and travel within the project region. Base salary up to 100k/year with project bonuses, prevailing wage opportunities, company vehicle and mileage reimbursement, PTO, 401k, and comprehensive benefits; 100% field-based with travel often >1 hour from home.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on leadership experience as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, General Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Concrete Foreman, Civil Foreman, Sitework Foreman, or similar field leadership role
- Experience overseeing structural concrete construction including formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, and concrete finishing
- Experience with PVC Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 plumbing installations
- Experience supervising field crews and subcontractors on commercial construction, heavy civil, sitework, concrete, utility, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to travel throughout the project region and work on remote project sites as needed
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Experience using tablets, construction software, and digital project documentation systems
