Job Summary
Traveling Construction Field Coordinator/Superintendent who will monitor installation and testing of industrial systems, coordinate field contractors, ensure QA/QC, safety, and compliance with budgets and schedules. Role requires heavy mechanical experience, communication with owners/design team/contractors, and travel up to 30%. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings/specs, developing installation schedules, field oversight, closeout meetings, contract documentation, coordination with Project Manager, QA/QC review of drawings, and assisting with pay applications and closeout documents. Proficiency with ProCore and scheduling tools (Suretrak, P6, or MS Project) and a valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience with on site management in new construction and large renovation projects
- Heavy mechanical experience
- ProCore; scheduling software such as Suretrak/P6 or MS Project
- Valid Driver's License
