Job Summary
Lead safe, high-quality, on-time commercial construction projects by developing safety plans, enforcing JHAs, and exercising stop-work authority. Coordinate daily field operations for self-perform concrete, carpentry, and PEMB scopes while directing subcontractors and maintaining production flow. Manage project profitability through budget tracking, labor productivity oversight, and cost report analysis. Serve as the primary field representative to clients, owners, and partners, maintaining detailed daily diaries and resolving construction issues. Lead foremen and craft employees through training, mentorship, and performance management to foster accountability and quality workmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Demonstrated experience overseeing self perform concrete, carpentry, and/or PEMB scopes
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to jobsites as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
- Proficiency with other construction technology and project management tools
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Required to climb, walk, stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods of time
- Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Lift objects weighing up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Required to work in confined spaces
- Required to work at extreme heights
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Regular exposure to hazardous materials

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Autodesk Build, or equivalent, for project and field documentation
- Familiarity with Bid2Win / Track, or equivalent, for production tracking
- Familiarity with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or equivalent, for project scheduling and controls
