Job Summary
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling through completion; coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow and ensure timely delivery of materials and services; lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction, support, and accountability; conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety regulatory compliance; identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track; maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders; promote and enforce a strong culture of safety aligned with industry best practices; role involves national travel with lodging and per diem provided while traveling; candidates must be able to travel and work at project sites across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience including prior experience as a superintendent
- Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites
- Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings
- Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided)
