Job Summary
Oversee all phases of commercial drywall projects from preconstruction planning through final close-out, managing detailed schedules and controlling costs while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors, traveling to project sites nationwide to oversee progress firsthand, support field teams, and maintain crew cohesion. Build and manage project documentation ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards, while coaching and developing project staff. This role requires travel to active project sites across national markets based on project needs, with candidates expected to manage work from both the home office and in the field.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years managing projects in commercial construction
- experience in commercial drywall
- experience in metal framing
- Comfortable with regular travel to project sites across multiple markets
- Willingness to travel as project demands dictate
- based within a reasonable distance of our Kennesaw, GA office
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms
- Hands-on experience with estimating tools
- Hands-on experience with scheduling software
- Hands-on experience with project documentation
